The second edition of Embargo Fest by the Embargo Cultural Association will be held on May 16 – 19, 2019 in the town of Dudeştii Vechi. Just 10 kilometers from the Serbian and 15 kilometers from the Hungarian borders, lives the largest community of Bulgarians in Romania, where Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian and Serbian artists will perform during this event. The musical festivities will be supplemented by a culinary experience, in which selected traders will prepare traditional Romanian, Serbian, Hungarian and Bulgarian cuisine. Embargo Fest’s activities also include: film screenings, theater performances, traditional dance ensembles, painting workshops, sports activities, live concerts, electronic music parties, and an amusement park. A small fair with traditional products from local producers will be situated on the main road of the festival.
